Originally from the United Kingdom, her journey began with a pivotal move to Nairobi, Kenya, at the tender age of five, where she spent her formative years immersed in the vibrant rhythms of the family business. It was amidst this dynamic backdrop that her entrepreneurial spirit took root, shaping her trajectory into the corporate world. With an insatiable curiosity and a hunger for new experiences, she has since called eight countries home and explored nearly twenty others, each encounter enriching her worldview and refining her distinctive management style. 

Rajan’s educational journey is a testament to her pursuit of excellence and resilience in adversity. Beginning her academic endeavors at Banda School on the outskirts of Nairobi, she laid the groundwork for a promising future. Transitioning to Aga Khan Academy for her early secondary education, she continued to excel, driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge.

However, life presented her with unexpected challenges following the loss of her mother, prompting her to seek a fresh start in the United States. There, she attended the prestigious Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts, where she not only thrived academically but also immersed herself in the world of sports, showcasing her remarkable balance and determination.

Upon her graduation in 1999, Fahreen’s quest for academic and personal growth led her to Babson College, where she delved deep into the study of entrepreneurship. Embracing opportunities for global engagement, she embarked on a semester abroad at Hogeschool in Holland, broadening her horizons and enriching her understanding of international business practices. Further solidifying her skills, she undertook a summer internship at Goldman Sachs in Singapore, gaining invaluable real-world experience and insight into the intricacies of the financial industry.

In 2003, she emerged from Babson College as a graduate with a degree and a wealth of diverse experiences that would serve as the cornerstone of her future success. Career Journey

After completing her education, Fahreen embarked on a dynamic professional journey spanned continents and industries. Transitioning from her homeland of Kenya, she ventured to the bustling financial hub of London, where she honed her skills through internships at prestigious institutions, including Merrill Lynch, Permal Group, and Zurich Professional. 

In 2004, Rajan set her sights on Toronto, Canada, where she delved into the intricate world of life and disability insurance, joining esteemed companies including Sun Life Financial and Manulife. Amidst her professional pursuits, she also embraced the joys of starting a family, balancing the demands of career and motherhood with grace and determination.

2012, her journey took an exciting turn as she relocated with her family to the Seychelles islands. Here, she assumed leadership roles within a private office, overseeing operations at prominent entities, including Six Senses Zil Pasyon Resorts, Zil Pasyon Residences, Intelvision, and Capital Trading. Throughout her tenure, she demonstrated exceptional team-building skills and strategic acumen, driving growth and fostering a culture of excellence within each organization. Her ability to navigate diverse landscapes and industries with poise and proficiency solidified her reputation as a trailblazing innovator poised for continued success.
